Does this feel familiar?

You've spent so long getting through it. What would it feel like to understand it?

Maybe you sometimes:

  • Overthink conversations or replay interactions long after they're over.
  • Feel responsible for other people's emotions.
  • Struggle with people-pleasing or setting boundaries.
  • Find yourself repeating painful relationship patterns.
  • Carry the effects of challenging or dysfunctional family dynamics.
  • Feel anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck — despite trying so hard to make things better.

None of this means something is wrong with you. Therapy can be a place to understand where these responses came from, meet yourself with more compassion, and create meaningful change — without judgment.

Meet Cassidy

A little about me.

Before entering the counseling field, I spent ten years in leadership and professional roles, where I developed strong skills in empathy, active listening, and cross-cultural communication — skills I bring into every session.

I've been on the other side of the therapy room too. I know how powerful it is to have a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported — and I don't take that trust lightly.

I've experienced firsthand how past experiences can shape the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and respond to the world around us. That understanding is part of what led me to this work and continues to shape how I support clients as they explore their own patterns, heal from past experiences, and create change.
