Once services begin, communication expectations and confidentiality are addressed through the informed consent process.
No emergency or crisis services
This website is not monitored continuously and is not intended for emergency or crisis communication.

Records access
Current and former clients have rights regarding access to their health care records. To request access or copies, submit a written request using the practice contact information.

Consumer complaints
If you have a concern about services you receive, you are welcome to contact me directly so I can address it when appropriate.
You also have the right to contact the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC), which oversees the regulation of professional counselors in Texas.

Good Faith Estimates
If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you generally have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before receiving care.
You may request one before beginning services or when scheduling. A Good Faith Estimate is not a bill. If you receive a bill at least $400 more than your estimate, you may have the right to use the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
Third-party services
SimplePractice is the HIPAA-compliant electronic health record and practice management platform used to securely manage client records and scheduling.
Ivy Pay is the HIPAA-secure payment processing system through which payment information is collected and processed.
